RULES AND REGULATION

 

RULES FOR WITHDRAWL

1) T.C. will not be issued to any Student unless the parent applies for the same in    writing giving VALID REASONS for withdraw  Last date to receive T.C. application is 31st May of every academic year .

2) After 31st May the same will be issued on payment of Rs. 100 .

A student who fails twice in the same class will not be permitted to continue and T.C. will issued automatically in the best interest of the child .

4) Parents may collect T.C. after 7 days from the date of application .

5) A duplicate T.C. will be issued, if the original is lost. On payment of Rs. 100 provided the Xerox.  Copy of T.C. is produced along with the application .

6) If the parent had failed to apply for T.C. at the time of withdrawing the child from school and if a fresh application for T.C. is submitted within 3 years of the student leaving the School, the same will be issued on payment of Rs. 100 .

7) T.C. will not be issued after a lapse of 3 years since the student had left the School.

 

FEE RULES AND SCHEDULE OF PAYMENT

1) Parents should get acquainted with the fees structure for the particular section/class from  the school office .

2) Admission fees should be paid at the time of admission only.  There after tuition fees (Class fees) can be paid either in advance lumpsum amount OR can be paid month wise before the 10th of that month . Fees for the month Feb & March should be paid latest by 10th Feb. & fees for the month of April & May should be paid lated by 10th March .

3) Computer fees should be paid monthly with tuition fees .

4) Term fees should be paid in the month of June and November .

5) Delay is liable for the payment of late fee as per school rules . ( Rs. 2/- per day upto 20th date or Rs.25/-  per month )

6) School fees should be paid at the school office during office hours . ( 8.30 a.m. to 1.00 p.m.)

7) No deduction will be made for slack periods of school attendance .

8) Fees once paid will not be refunded or re-adjusted to any other accounts .

9) Pupil will not be permitted to take part in any school activity including Exam unless, all fee dues are paid upto date .

10) If the fees are not paid regularly for 2 successive months, the name of the pupil will be liable to struck off.

 

LEAVE RULES AND REGULATION

 Format of the leave letter is printed in this handbook.  Parents are requited to use Xerox to use Xerox typed copies of it while applying for leave .

1)LEAVE SHOULD BE APPLIED IN ADVANCE EXCEPT FOR MEDICAL REASONS

2)90% attendance is required for a pupil to complete the course as study.  If a child is absent due to prolonged illness/hospitalization, Leave letter should be certified by a Medical Practitioner.  If the student still has 80% of attendance, the pupil will be considered for promotions provided the performance of the child is satisfactory in Test/Examination to the required pass percentage level .

3)During examination if a Student goes on long leave for any reason he/she will be marked ‘Absent’ and given ‘0’ (Zero) for the tests and exam. NO RETEST WILL EVER BE CONDUCTED.

4)The name of the student will be struck off from the rolls if he/she is absent for more than 10 days without permissions or intimation. He/She may be admitted on payment of Re-admissions fees on the discretion of management.

5)Promotion is based on continuous assessment of the pupil throughout the year. A pupil who fails to appear in any particulars Subject will not be ranked with the rest of the class for the examination.

6)Students who do not take leave rules seriously and absent themselves for a long period will be Severely dealt with and T. C. will be issued.
